This role offers a lucrative package of up to ₹800,000 per annum, a premium sales environment, and a niche market focused on authentic gemstones and sacred wearables.

  • Divinelane serves customers seeking balance, strength, and clarity in their lives through sacred wearables and precious stones. With a rapidly growing customer base, Divinelane is expanding its telecalling sales team to cater to increasing demand.

Job Overview

  • Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal
  • Work Type: Full-time (Work from Office)
  • Office Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM
  • Weekly Off: Monday (6-day workweek)
  • Industry: E-commerce / Premium Retail (Gemstones & Sacred Wearables)

Job Responsibilities

  • As an Inside Sales Executive (Telecalling) for Divinelane, your daily work will revolve around connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the right products.
  • Consultative Telecalling
  • Call and connect with inbound leads who have shown interest in gemstones or sacred wearables.
  • Understand their requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Customer Relationship Building
  • Develop rapport with clients, making them feel valued and understood.
  • Create trust by explaining the authenticity, benefits, and spiritual significance of products.
  • Sales Conversion
  • Convert potential inquiries into confirmed sales.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge & Guidance
  • Learn about various gemstones, their properties, and spiritual benefits.
  • Explain product authenticity, quality assurance, and pricing justification.
  • CRM & Follow-Up
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and orders in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close sales.
  • High-Value Conversations
  • Handle premium customers and guide them through high-value purchases confidently.

Eligibility Criteria

  • To excel in this role, you must have a strong blend of sales skills, product understanding, and customer empathy.
  • Core Skills:
    • Excellent communication in Hindi and English
    • Strong persuasive ability and negotiation skills
    • Customer-first mindset with patience and empathy
    • Ability to handle high-value transactions confidently
    • Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with CRM tools
    • Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Email, etc.)
    • Personality Traits:
    • Target-driven and ambitious
    • Quick learner with adaptability
    • Positive, self-motivated, and energetic
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 1 year in Inside Sales or Telecalling (mandatory)
    • Team lead experience in sales is an added advantage
    • Language Proficiency: Hindi & English (must be fluent)
    • Equipment Requirement: Must have a personal laptop or be willing to rent one
    • Work Mode: Comfortable working in a 6-day office-based schedule with Monday off

Required Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
  • Skills: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, B2B Sales.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Benefits

  • Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.Tech Mechanical (Mandatory).
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in sales & marketing (industrial products).
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Languages: English + Regional language.
  • Preferred Industry Knowledge: Sales of industrial products like Castors & Wheels, Tools, Hardware items, Bearings, Pumps, Cutting Tools/Machine Tools, Hydraulic/Pneumatic items.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Good customer database in manufacturing industries (Automobile, tire, Auto Ancillary, Automation & Robotics).
  • Willingness to travel extensively in the Eastern India region.

Salary

  • Fixed Salary: Up to ₹400,000 per annum (₹33,333/month approx.)
  • Variable Incentives: Up to ₹400,000 per annum (Performance-based)
  • Total Package: Up to ₹8,00,000 per annum
