UPTALENT is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Engineer to drive aggressive sales promotion, market penetration, and brand establishment across Eastern India. This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel, strong technical knowledge, and proven sales expertise in industrial products.

Job Responsibilities
- Drive aggressive sales promotion and market penetration through calls and daily client visits.
- Finalize orders and meet sales targets by creating new customer databases and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Understand product applications and conduct technical & commercial discussions with customers.
- Provide fast, efficient service and coordinate with back-office/dispatch teams for customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely payment collection.
- Submit sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or B.Tech in Mechanical (Mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of sales & marketing experience in industrial products.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills in English and the local regional language.
- Ability to conduct technical & commercial discussions with clients.
- Industry Knowledge: Preferably experienced in selling products such as Castors & Wheels, Tools, Hardware, Bearings, Pumps, Cutting Tools, Machine Tools, Hydraulic/Pneumatic equipment.
- Location Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively across Eastern India (Asansol, Durgapur, Siliguri, Hooghly, Jamshedpur, Guwahati, Chhattisgarh, etc.).
- Additional Requirement: Good existing customer database in manufacturing industries like Automobile, tire, Auto Ancillary, Automation & Robotics.

- Skills: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, B2B Sales.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
