Job Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Strategy—Research New Zealand SMEs, validate demand, define go-to-market plans, and provide monthly insights.
  • Lead Generation & Campaigns – Launch Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook ad campaigns; manage cold outreach and CRM follow-ups.
  • Sales & Client Conversion—Handle proposals, negotiate deals, close contracts, and hand over to the delivery team.
  • Reporting & Collaboration – Maintain CRM dashboards, track revenue, and work closely with NZ leadership.

Required Skills

  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • B2B or digital sales expertise
  • Proficiency with CRM tools
  • Experience with Google/Facebook/LinkedIn ads
  • Cold email and outreach strategies
  • Familiarity with international sales (preferred)

Salary

Compensation Component Details
Base Salary ₹300,000 LPA
Commission Rate 10–20% of net revenue per new client (up to 35% after exceeding quota)
On-Target Earnings (OTE) ₹6 LPA (average), up to ₹12 LPA+ for high performers
Potential Monthly Income ₹1,00,000+ for top performers
