Job Responsibilities
- Operate EDM Spark Erosion, WireCut, VMC, or CNC Turning machines
- Read AutoCAD 2D mechanical drawings and set up jobs accordingly
- Monitor and adjust machining parameters and tool setup
- Ensure tight tolerance machining and finishing (10–20 microns)
- Coordinate with QC team for inspection and output tracking
- Maintain daily production logs and cleanliness of machine area
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Electronica, Fanuc, Siemens machines
- Knowledge of precision components, hardened materials
- Strong mechanical drawing interpretation
- Self-disciplined and safety-conscious work ethic
