Job Responsibilities
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems, HT/LT motors, VFDs, PLCs, and MCC panels
- Troubleshooting electrical faults in spinning, drying, winding, and chemical process machinery
- Supervision of installation and commissioning of machines, including wiring and grounding
- Ensure electrical compliance with IS/IEC standards and Factory Safety Acts
- Maintain energy logs and inspection records, and coordinate with other departments
- Monitor power factor, optimize energy usage, and reduce power consumption
- Lead and train electricians and junior technical staff
Required Skills
- Deep understanding of industrial electrical systems, PLCs (Siemens, Danfoss, Amtech)
- Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and fault diagnosis
- Installation of industrial equipment; AutoCAD knowledge preferred
- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
- Strong leadership, team supervision, and documentation skills
