Job Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Repairs
- Manage the upkeep of building systems (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC).
- Schedule and supervise repairs, maintenance staff, and contractors.
- Security Management
- Implement and maintain security systems.
- Oversee security personnel and ensure emergency preparedness procedures are in place.
- Cleaning & Sanitation
- Supervise cleaning staff and ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Coordinate cleaning schedules for optimal hygiene.
- Space Optimization
- Plan office space allocation and relocations.
- Ensure sufficient and functional workspaces for employees.
- Budget & Vendor Management
- Prepare and manage facility operation budgets.
- Oversee service contracts for cleaning, landscaping, security, and maintenance.
- Health & Safety Compliance
- Conduct regular inspections for regulatory compliance.
- Implement safety policies to prevent workplace hazards.
- Strategic Facility Planning
- Contribute to long-term infrastructure improvements and expansions.
- Emergency Response
- Respond quickly to facility emergencies like power outages or equipment failures.
Required Skills
- Technical knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Strong vendor negotiation and budget management skills.
- Ability to lead teams and manage large-scale operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- Graduation with Industrial Professional Skills.
- Experience:
- 4 to 8 years in facility management (industrial/manufacturing sector preferred).
