Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Farvision ERP system.
- Provide technical support and training to ERP users.
- Coordinate with various departments to align ERP with business requirements.
- Analyze processes, identify improvement areas, and implement system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, bugs, and user tickets.
- Maintain ERP documentation and user manuals, and generate required reports.
- Manage and optimize ERP modules, including CRM, Procurement, Engineering & Accounts.
Required Skills
- Expertise in Farvision ERP implementation, customization, and support.
- Strong understanding of CRM, Procurement, and Accounts modules.
- Ability to train ERP users and provide ongoing support.
- Analytical skills for business process improvement.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Preference for IT background).
- Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in ERP systems.
- Prior work experience in the real estate or construction industry is preferred.
