Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or equivalent in mechanical or electrical engineering (mandatory).
Job Responsibilities
- BOM finalization and material procurement
- PCB layout design and development
- PCB assembly and testing
- Documentation at each stage of the process
- Interpret and review schematics, datasheets, and design specs
- Maintain accurate PCB libraries (footprints, symbols, 3D models)
- Define layer stack-up for signal integrity and manufacturing
- Optimize placement for signal flow, thermal management, and constraints
- High-speed differential pair routing, impedance-controlled traces, and length matching
- Power net routing with adequate trace widths and copper pours
- Ensure design compliance with rules and guidelines
- Coordinate with PCB vendors for fabrication and panelization
- Apply EMI reduction best practices
- Generate fabrication outputs (Gerber, drill drawings, assembly drawings)
- Participate in design reviews and update layouts accordingly
- Collaborate with mechanical/thermal teams for integration
- Support prototype builds, bring-up, and debugging
- Mentor junior engineers and interns
