India Industrial Enterprise Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to take up the senior role of Design Incharge cum Project Coordinator. This is a leadership position involving mechanical design, project coordination, and team guidance for gas plants, utilities, and material handling projects. The role reports directly to the Managing Director (MD) and Chief General Manager (CGM).

Job Responsibilities
- Mechanical Design & Documentation
- Design mechanical systems for gas plants, utilities, and material handling.
- Prepare and interpret Piping & Instrumentation (P&I) diagrams.
- Develop detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
- Maintain accurate documentation using Excel and Word.
- Project Coordination & Leadership
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure project timelines.
- Guide, mentor, and lead the design team.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards and quality guidelines.
- Client & Site Interaction
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits (up to 25% travel) to oversee project execution.
Required Skills
- AutoCAD proficiency (Required)
- Knowledge of gas plant design, utilities, and material handling.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Special Consideration:
- Retired mechanical engineers (up to age 62, in good health) are welcome to apply on a full-time or contract basis.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Required)
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred for additional qualification)
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years’ proven experience in mechanical design for process plants.
- Strong background in P&I diagram interpretation and process plant utilities.
- Skills Required:
- AutoCAD proficiency (Required)
- Knowledge of gas plant design, utilities, and material handling.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Special Consideration:
