Job Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and handle outbound calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain customer interaction records in CRM or Excel
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with the team for smooth operations
Required Skills
- Communication Skills:
- Fluent in English and Hindi (local language is a plus)
- Clear and confident speaking tone
- Technical Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge (Typing speed 25–30 WPM)
- MS Excel & basic MS Office skills
- Ability to use CRM software or chat tools
- Customer Handling Skills:
- Good listening ability & problem-solving approach
- Patience while dealing with customer concerns
- Ability to explain solutions clearly
- Personality Traits:
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Willingness to work in voice or blended process
- Flexibility for rotational shifts if required
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 12th Pass or Any Graduate (No Graduation Required)
- Languages Required: English & Hindi or Local Language
- Technical Skills:
- Basic computer skills (Typing speed, MS Excel knowledge)
- Ability to handle customer queries efficiently
- Other Requirements:
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Good listening & problem-solving skills
Salary
💰 Salary Range: ₹1.75 LPA – ₹2.5 LPA (Based on skills & experience)
