Job Responsibilities
- Handle E-commerce customer queries through chat & blended process (chat + email, semi-voice if required)
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
- Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction
- Document interactions and escalate issues to relevant teams if needed
- Adhere to shift schedules and quality guidelines
Required Skills
- Knowledge of basic mechanical engineering principles.
- Ability to operate and maintain production machines.
- Basic understanding of quality checks and measurements.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
