Job Responsibilities
- Handle international inbound and outbound calls for US-based clients.
- Provide customer assistance and resolve queries professionally.
- Promote company products/services with persuasive communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet daily/weekly sales and service targets.
Required Skills
- Fluent verbal communication in English.
- Sales and persuasion skills.
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduation not mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Mandatory: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Eagerness to work in an International BPO environment.
- Must be comfortable with US shifts.
- Sales skills and a positive learning attitude preferred.
